I love silence

I love silence Peace comes in silence After all has been said and done Truth comes in silence My measure of success is Not in all the activities I do And all the money I earn And all the selfies I take And how many friends I make But in how much I connect with nature How much I can influence others How much time I spend in silence How much knowledge I gain directly From the universal connection And how much of that I teach my children to do So the tradition of connection carries on Have I succeeded, not enough But I am pleased with my path After all the hopes from partners and children fail One comes to this path for solace Why not stay on it from the beginning For universe talks, to those who seek The presence, the connection, with all

Full range

I ended up doing a very unique meditation. I started by focusing on feeling the two special points in the buttocks which then make the whole sitting posture very straight with ease. I started feeling the body pushing everything inwards and backwards as I stated imagening that my eyes were looking inwards. I started seeing the purple light in the third eye area, The light was moving like in a tunnel swirling and moving forward. I was chasing the light purple and the dark purple so I could see better. The light was super active, more than ever before snd sibreached this stage within minutes of starting the session with loudly saying moolmatra no more than three times, followed by deep breaths and then fast breaths from the thorax - backbside of upper abdomen. It felt like the hissing sound of guru was coming from that area and not from the throat at all. Dian Dang is heaven

 Dian Dang is heaven. Heaven is where peace is. Peace is where we have no objection, no conflict, no dislike to what is. Where there is no dislike, there is no violation of another’s rights and no desire to eliminate the other. That’s what heaven is.  So the end of all wars will be when we stop violating others rights, feelings, freedoms and opportunities. End of all wars is not going to come with better technology, better AI, or more knowledge, power or money. It’s definitely not going to come with a president like Donald Trump or with his offsider Elon Musk.  Humans are born selfish and we always discriminate and look for opportunities for our personal benefit. We are not made objective. Our likes and opinions are all meant to simply favour our chances of survival and success. The word ‘Our’ doesn’t even mean humanity and this planet.
