Sea of emotions
Your voice is planet mercury
It manages your fury
How you communicate
what you feel and
how you say it to the jury
For some pain becomes anger
delivering raging fire
For others it becomes a silent stone
Outside it looks nice and calm
Inside, it’s deeply depressive farm
They are people madly sad
They don’t want to look bad
Nonetheless, they carry black
How well can you swim
the sea of emotions ?
How long can you swim,
before you feel drowned
Do you frown ?
Can you hold back that tongue
Can you be crowned ?
Your mercury decides
If you are fire 🔥 or drowned
Balance, balance, balance
The mental gymnastics
Practicing forever
Nothing changes
until your perspective changes
One pain, one loss, one grief
can alter the course of life
Then you see no mercury,
no moon, emotional wave or tide
Fire is easier to handle
Than a stone heart, mate!
Let it out, talk to someone
Find a diary, wall or pillow
But you must talk, you must wallow
Face your fear, face your pain
Only then you can catch the next train
