Persevered to perfect
to earn my own respect
Then sat down like I had enough
Finally won what made me puff
Is it a win?
Or a smack on the chin?
Prices so high,
I can’t afford, I will die!
Is this win providing all the answers
Is it music for the soul or lancers?
Should I take it or leave
Would I smile or would I grieve?

like cutting own skin with a sharp knife!
Cut so deep

Expectations- snakes and ladders
We were taught monogamy and belief in it from the movies, so we expected ot. Had we been taught otherwise, there would have been no big deal in excepting the truth. We would have played a different game. It's a bit late to realise that men play Chess and women have the mindset of snakes and ladders. A nan sees himself as the king and is happy to have pawns and major characters sacrificed in his service. Any pawn that performs well can be made queen while queen having all the powers only serves in her kings best interest. The king only serves in his own best interest. Women don't know for many years of their lives that love is a competition. They keep looking for true love as if it is like Tajmahal that will stand out for centures and not fade away ever. That's how strong they want their love bond to be. They don't realise that as they age, more and more snakes are ready to bite their love story and send them back to the start.
